  Signed contract for carpentry work. Gave deposit, started work but didn't finish. Didn't show up and always had an excuse for not coming just before he was supposed to show. Finally said he would stop over and give me back my money which he didn't. I'm out $1375! The work he did was fine, but incomplete. It's sad, but I guess that's what small claims court is for. By the way, my contract was signed with BTC Fl Inc. same address, same guy.
